Die RLB Holding eGen OÖ besitzt 1,08 % Stammaktien an der Raiffeisenlandesbank OÖ. Die RBG OÖ Verbund eGen hält zum 31. Dezember 2025 an der RLB Holding eGen OÖ Geschäftsanteile von über 50 % und stellt das oberste Mutterunternehmen des Konzerns dar. Über die beiden Genossenschaften bilden die oberösterreichischen Raiffeisenbanken die wichtigste Eigentümergruppe. Diese werden wiederum ihrerseits von der Raiffeisenlandesbank OÖ in ihrer Funktion als Landeszentrale in sämtlichen Angelegenheiten des Bankgeschäfts unterstützt.
