Fastators portfölj sträcker sig över flera fastighetssektorer och geo- grafiska marknader. Fastator sfären innefattar såväl renodlade fastig- hetsbolag som tjänste företag inom förvaltning. Fastator har omfattande erfarenhet av att bygga bolag och partner- skap inom fastighetssektorn. I vissa partnerskap är det vi själva som utvecklat affärsområdet och i efterhand tagit in en partner, i andra partnerskap kompletterar vi en entreprenör med nätverk och stra- tegisk fastig hetsexpertis. Målsättningen är alltid att bolagen ska växa snabbare genom partnerskap än på egen hand. Målet är också att kunna göra förändringar i innehaven snabbare än vad ett renodlat fastighetsbolag kan. Per den 31 december 2024 ägde Fastator fyra onoterade innehav: Företagsparken, Point Properties, VreFast och NPM Group. • I innehaven Point Properties och NPM Group har Fastator bestämmande inflytande och innehaven konsolideras i sin hel- het i räkenskaperna. • I innehaven VreFast och Företagssparken har Fastator inte bestämmande inflytande utan betydande inflytande och inne- haven redovisas som Intresseföretag.
