The Group is also active in content production, OTT services and digital publishing activities. Since the last quarter of 2025, the Group has been operating In Germany through ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE (P7S1), a top-tier European television media group with a leading position in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The company is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The Group’s shareholding stands at 75.61% of share capital (75.67% of voting rights). |
